Вьетнам һуғышы (вьетн.Chiến tranh Việt Nam, ингл.Vietnam War) — XX быуаттың икенсе яртыһындағы иң ҙур һуғыштарҙың береһе, ул Вьетнам, тағы ла АҠШ һәм СССР, тарихында һәм мәҙәниәтендә мөһим эҙ ҡалдырған.
Һуғыш Көньяҡ Вьетнамда граждандар һуғышы рәүешендә башланған. Артабан уға Вьетнам Демократик Республикаһы (Төньяҡ Вьетнам) йәлеп ителгән. Һуңыраҡ Көньяҡ Вьетнамға АҠШ һәм уның союздаштары — Көньяҡ-Көнсығыш Азия Килешеү Ойошмаһы хәрби блогы (СЕАТО), ә Төньяҡ Вьетнамға — СССР һәм ҠХР ярҙам иткәндәр. Ваҡиғалар үҫеше барышында был конфликт Лаоста һәм Камбоджала барған граждандар һуғыштары менән тығыҙ бәйләнә. 1950-се йылдарҙан алып 1975 йылға тиклем Көньяҡ-Көнсығыш Азияла барған бөтә һуғыш хәрәкәттәре Икенсе Һиндҡытай һуғышы исеме аҫтында билдәле.
