《熟悉的陌生人》（英语：Somebody That I Used to Know），是一首由澳大利亞/比利時雙重國籍歌手高堤耶演唱的歌曲，由高堤耶本人創作並錄製，而紐西蘭歌手/吉他手金貝拉參與了歌曲伴唱。歌曲於2011年7月5日由Eleven Music在澳大利亞和紐西蘭作為高堤耶第3張錄音室專輯《幻鏡》（Making Mirrors）的第2支單曲發行，而環球音樂於2011年12月亦在英國，2012年1月在美國和愛爾蘭發行單曲。《熟悉的陌生人》創作並錄製於墨尔本高堤耶父母的房子中，歌曲的歌詞來源於高堤耶過去真實的感情經歷。
