The 2019 Prince Takamado JFA U-18 Football Premier League (Japanese: 高円宮杯 JFA U-18サッカープレミアリーグ 2019, Hepburn: Takamado no Miya-hai JFA U-18 Sakkā Puremia Rīgu 2019) was the 31st season of the main competition for under-18 teams in Japan and the 10th after rebranding the competition to the current "Premier League" format.
Aomori Yamada High School won the Premier League East, and Nagoya Grampus won the Premier League West. The teams' meeting in the final resulted with Aomori Yamada winning the competition for the second time.
