Cosoleto (Calabrian: Cosolìtu) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,006 and an area of 33.8 square kilometres (13.1 sq mi).
