Jai Shankar Singh is an Indian legal academic and administrator. He is the Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, since March 2024.[1] Previously, he was a Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Allahabad.[2] His expertise and research interests are in International Law, Constitutional Law, Sociology, Mass communication and Journalism.[3]
