Joslyn Fox wins the episode's mini-challenge, and Bianca Del Rio wins the main challenge. Laganja Estranja is eliminated form the competition after placing in the bottom and losing a lip-sync to "Stupid Girls" by Pink.

For the episode's mini-challenge, the contestants lip-sync to a RuPaul song upside down. Joslyn Fox wins the mini-challenge. For the main challenge, the contestants perform a stand-up comedy act in front of the judges and a live audience.

Laganja Estranja is eliminated from the competition.

Jaime Pressly and Bruce Vilanch are guest judges. Bianca Del Rio, Darienne Lake, and Trinity K. Bonet receive positive critiques, and Bianca Del Rio wins the challenge.
