PM Press is an independent publisher, founded in 2007 by a small collective of people, that specializes in radical literature.[3][4] Previously based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the press relocated to Binghamton, New York, in 2022[1] with a branch in Sunderland, UK[5] as well.

History

In 2013, PM Press launched the first e-Book and paperback bundling program,[6] Paperbacks Plus.

In 2020, PM Press joined as a founding member of the Radical Publishers' Alliance, a group of politically oriented book publishers and magazines around the world.[7]

In 2023, PM Press bought Autumn Leaves Bookstore in Ithaca, New York.[8]

In 2025, PM Press acquires Just World Books, an independent press founded by longtime global-affairs writer and researcher Helena Cobban in 2010, with a focus on war and peace issues, particularly in the Middle East.[9]
