Satish Kumar Singh is a Nepalese politician who is serving as the 3rd and current Chief Minister of Madhesh Province since 7 June 2024.[2][3] He is very first Chief Minister from the Janaswaraj Party after the creation of Madhesh Provincial Assembly in 2017.[4][5][6]

He is also the Member of Legislative Assembly from Saptari 2(A) constituency since 2023.[7] Singh has served formerly as the Chairman of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality from 2017 to 2022 when he lost to Arun Kumar Mandal of Nepali Congress in 2022 Nepalese local elections.[8]

Personal life

Singh was born in Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality, Saptari. He belongs to Hindu family.[9]
