Wandered across interview with Derek Riggs where he is quoted as saying "...Hawkwind wouldn’t pay people for doing artwork...". Derek_Riggs wikipedia article says his website is at http://www.derekriggs.com/ , which forwards to http://derek.server311.com/derekriggs.com/ and old webpage (in title of webpage) at riggsart site says something similar. The reference does not state this. I heard Vera sing before Hawkwind in the afternoon and she was poorly matched to the crowd expectations. Most were waiting for the headline act - Hawkwind - who followed. I don't believe she did a later set. My assertion is not a referenceable source, but you could opt to drop the erroneous sentence.
