Why are some of the titles listed as "Duke & Duchess of X" and others are just "Duke of X"? The Duke of Kent, for example, has a wife who is the Duchess of Kent. IMO, it should just be listed here as Duke of X since that's the only title actually created/granted. Either way, they should all be the same, right? LarryJeff (talk) 15:53, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
Having a single link on each line is poor design and difficult to read. navigation templates should only contain a small number of relevant links. The places are irrelevant.
