Disbanded the last two categories

I just went ahead and merged the contents of the two last groups into other groups. This is bold change of course, and may or may not attract opposition.

The reason was of course consistency: I saw that the first four groups sorted the templates into "functional" groups, telling reader when to use them. But the next two sorted them into "location" groups, telling reader where to use them. Looking at them, I realized that their location dependency was weak: You could simply use them anywhere, with little difficulty. So, I went ahead and established consistency.

But I think we can reduce the number of these templates by employing the dear {{mbox}} in them, or a little bit of coding that implements {{mbox}}-like behavior.
