The Partisan is an upcoming Polish–British biographical spy thriller film directed and written by James Marquand. The film stars Morgane Polanski as a Polish agent of the British Special Operations Executive during the Second World War, Krystyna Skarbek. It also starring Frederick Schmidt, Agata Kulesza, Ingvar Sigurdsson and Malcolm McDowell. It is set to be released by Signature Entertainment in United Kingdom.
Principal photography began in October 2022 in Warsaw. Morgane Polanski, Frederick Schmidt, Agata Kulesza, Ingvar Sigurdsson and Malcolm McDowell was cast in main roles while £7.5 million project supported by Polish Film Institute and Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Some scenes was filmed in France, Lublin, Tatra Mountains, and completed in late May 2023 in Bystrzyca Kłodzka and Stołowe Mountains. In May 2023, in was reported that Signature Entertainment acquired the rights of the film for release in United Kingdom.
