Apologies for declining your appeal without a reason. I am cannot reply to the UTRS ticket anymore, so will provide my reason here.
You were told repeatedly by several users to wait at least six months before appealing your ban. It has only been about five-and-a-half months. Given your ban was in large part due to a lack of self-restraint, which resulted in broken promises and tban violations, I do not take this as a good sign. Please wait until a full six months have passed before submitting another appeal.
Additionally, I do not think your appeal fully addresses the reasons for your ban. Maturity was a significant component of the concerns resulting in your ban, the disruption was widespread, and simply saying what you were banned for without saying what you will do differently in future is not enough. Finally, I will note that if you do successfully appeal your community ban, the earlier projectspace tban will likely remain in place for a while (my guess is at least a few months), until you are able to appeal that separately.
