Only made one edit and my spam revert resulted in huggle reporting him to WP:AIV. He was blocked by HBC AIV helperbot7 Is that correct behavior on the part of huggle and the bot? Thanks Jim1138 (talk) 08:26, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

Hi, the bot doesn't actually make blocks itself - it just checks all the reports in AIV and removes any as they are blocked. In this case, it looks like Slakr blocked that user for the fact that both the edit and the user name indicated that account was clearly created for spamming purposes (see details of the block here). As far as Huggle is concerned, I don't really know it well enough to say whether it behaved correctly in that instance, but I'm sure they could help you out on the feedback page. All in all though, it looks like that account was clearly here for no good, so both the report and the block look like good calls. Will (aka Wimt) 17:58, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
