Same reasoning as Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Help:Turkish characters. This page is long since irrelevant, since the problem it explains only occurs on wikis which do not use UTF-8. All Wikimedia sites have done so since MediaWiki 1.5 was introduced, way back in 2005. It could be tagged {{historical}}, but I don't think there's any historical significance here, and feel it would be better to remove it from the already cluttered Help pages altogether. the wub "?!" 12:31, 13 January 2013 (UTC)

  • Delete – There's no page history to save on the English Wikipedia. Perhaps soft redirect it to the original Meta page, but ... meh. Graham87 12:47, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
