Welcome! This WikiProject will focus on creating and improving articles related to the Pennsylvania State University, including the university's history, academics, student life, people, and more.
We at Penn State's Office of University Relations are updating the pages. We know this may present a conflict of interest, so we are doing our best to be fair and accurate with our revisions. We're also trying to make the articles as comprehensive as possible. Our latest revision of the OVERVIEW section is posted at the talk page. Currently, we're working on the HISTORY section of the main article. We appreciate your feedback.
Our goals remain the same as in the original project, specifically:
To improve Wikipedia's coverage of Penn State, and ultimately bring Penn State to featured article status.
To organize all Penn State-related articles into the Penn State category and appropriate subcategories so that they can be found easily.
Check out the talk page to join in the discussion of how we can attain these goals!

Kermitmorningstar I've been working at bulking up the football page to be more in line with OSU, USC, U-M, etc. We could also use some help with other athletic pages, if possible, since football isn't the only one that needs love.
idg101 I'll put stuff relatated to downtown traditions like the Phyrst & Table Wars, Zenos & the passport, the blue hornet bands, famous musicians, famous townies, etc.
