Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Blocking My rights as an editor were violated by User:Cullen328 as did not put a warning before block as the rules. Cladeal832 (talk) 03:39, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
Hello, all.
Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/IncidentArchive1205#Pattern of LLM edits on contentious topics contains an actual citation template with a relevant OCLC error. This is causing the archive to populate into Category:CS1 errors: OCLC, which is configured to ignore "/Archive#" subpages but not "/IncidentArchive#." Is there a way to stub out the category, so that we don't perpetually have a OCLC error floating around in the category? ~ Matthewrb Get in touch · Breadcrumbs 07:04, 3 November 2025 (UTC)
<nowiki> would make the most sense...@Voorts @Sdkb: Disagreeing with the revert at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents/Header, we've already had a lot of spurious reports at WP:ANI and WP:AN and this notice could really be helpful. Also open to changing the example to ~2025-12345-67 to be easier for the pattern-matching eye. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 20:37, 14 November 2025 (UTC)
This feels like instruction bloat to me. Experienced editors will all be familiar with temp accounts shortly. And while they might show up here more than the average spot, there's still no intrinsic connection — if they need further explanation then they need it in a more general spot.Sdkb talk 20:46, 14 November 2025 (UTC)
Hello, is there some problem with the formatting on WP:ANI? It looks very strange on my laptop, the tabs, the links to editor accounts and articles, the layout of the entire page. I just wanted to check and see if anyone else had a problem with how ANI appeared on their computer. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 22:45, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
