مجموعهٔ تمایزی ۲۰ (انگلیسی: Cluster of Differentiation 20) یا «آنتیژن CD20 لنفوسیت بی» یک فسفوپروتئینگلیکوزیلهشده است که بر سطح لنفوسیتهای بی از فاز pro-B تا مراحلهٔ بلوغ آنان دیده میشود.[۴]
در انسان این پروتئین توسط ژن «MS4A1» کُد میشود.[۵][۶]
اخیراً بین لنفوسیتهای بی (که دارای CD20 هستند) و بروز دیابت و مقاومت به انسولین، رابطهای کشف شدهاست.[۷]
