مجموعه تمایزی ۳۴ (انگلیسی: 34 Cluster of Differentiation) که با نامهای دیگری همچون «آنتیژن سلولی پیشساز سلولهای خونساز CD34» و «آنتیژن CD34» شناخته میشود و اصولاً به «CD34» مشهور است، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CD34» کد میشود.[۴][۵][۶]
این پروتئین را نخستین بار سیوین و تیندل و همکارانشان بهطور مستقل[۷][۸][۹][۱۰] در سطح سلول و بهعنوان یک فاکتور چسبندگی سلول توصیف کردند. احتمالاً این سلول در اتصال یاخته بنیادی به ماتریکس خارجسلولیِ مغز استخوان یا مستقیماً به سلولهای استرومال آن نقش داشته باشد.
