உருமேலியா (Rumelia, உதுமானியத் துருக்கியம்: روم ايلى, பொருள்:உரோமானியர்களின் நிலம் கிரேக்க மொழி: Ρωμυλία, துருக்கியம்: Rumeli) என்பது, தென்கிழக்கு ஐரோப்பாவிலமைந்த வரலாற்று முக்கியத்துவம் பெற்றதொரு நிலப்பகுதியாககும். இப்பகுதி உதுமானியப் பேரரசு ஆட்சியின் கீழ் இருந்தது. ஐரோப்பாவில் உதுமானியப் பேரரசுக்குரியவற்றையெல்லாம் குறிக்கும் பெயராகவும் இருந்தது. இதனுடன், அங்கேரி, உருமேனியா ஆகிய இரண்டின் இணைப்பு காலப்போக்கில் மாறிமாறி அமைந்தாலும், பின்னாளில் பால்கன் குடாவென வகைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இப்பகுதி அக்காலத்தில் ஐரோப்பில் துருக்கி என ஆங்கிலத்தில் அழைக்கப்பட்டது.
