This line: The difference in the impacts was such that a senior FDNY chief reportedly expressed strong disbelief that the North Tower would collapse even after witnessing the collapse of the South Tower, because the North had not been struck at a corner.

Should read "would not collapse"

 Partly done: Changed page number of the citation. The current wording of the sentence is correct. "disbelief that it would not collapse" would be a double negative and would imply he believed it would collapse. SI09 (talk) 19:57, 22 July 2025 (UTC)

This is currently completely unsourced. List of building and structure collapses gives at least the Fidenia and Circus Maximus collapses with significantly more victims. Iluzalsipal (talk) 13:16, 8 November 2025 (UTC)
